Please pray for holy covering at my ###

Please pray for holy covering at my job. My immediate supervisor acts weird and rarely supports me mostly because I am a foreigner. Junior staff from my section go directly to him to ask for leave but he rarely checks with me before approving... He never does this for other sections! Though, I'm the next senior staff, I am rarely consulted. Decisions seem to be made on my behalf. He prefers others to attend meetings I should attend and communicate feedback. He would not share emails, communicate about this verbally, then ask me to reply to the issue in email, only to copy and paste my answer to him and reply to the initial emails he was reluctant to share as him.... He does not support my requests for short courses but pretends that he tried.... I like my job and I'm happy with the support from the director. I appreciate the salary too. I'm asking God forgive me for anything I have done wrong. I pray that he raise me up. That he grants me holy covering and secure my current job until I get something better. That he helps improve the situation with my boss and co-workers. In Jesus Mighty Name I pray, Amen.

Dear Heavenly Father,

We come before you in the name of Jesus on behalf of ###, who is seeking your divine intervention and guidance in their workplace. Lord, we acknowledge that you are the ultimate source of wisdom and strength, and we ask for your holy covering over ###'s job.

Father, we lift up ###'s immediate supervisor before you. We pray that you would soften their heart and remove any prejudices or biases they may have towards ### as a foreigner. Help them to see the value and contributions that ### brings to the team. Grant ### favor in their eyes, so that they may receive the support and recognition they deserve.

Lord, we ask for clarity and open communication in the decision-making process at ###'s workplace. May decisions be made fairly and consultatively, considering ###'s seniority and expertise. We pray that ### will be included in important meetings and given the opportunity to provide input and contribute to the discussions.

Father, we also ask for your guidance and provision regarding ###'s requests for short courses. We pray that you would open doors for opportunities of growth and development in their career. Help ###'s supervisor to recognize the importance of investing in their professional development and support their aspirations.

Lord, we thank you for the support from the director and the satisfaction ### finds in their job. We pray that you would continue to bless them with a fulfilling and rewarding career. Grant them the strength and resilience to navigate any challenges they may face.

Above all, Lord, we ask for your forgiveness for any wrongdoings ### may have committed. We pray for your grace and mercy to cover them. Raise them up, Lord, and grant them the confidence and courage to excel in their current job while they wait for something better.
