Dear Heavenly Father,

We come before you in the name of Jesus, seeking your guidance and intervention in Jonathan_M's situation. Lord, we know that you are the ultimate source of wisdom and understanding, and we ask for your help as Jonathan_M navigates the challenges of negotiating with the staff.

Your Word reminds us in Ephesians 1:17 that you are the God of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of glory, and we pray that you would grant Jonathan_M the wisdom and discernment needed to handle these negotiations with grace and effectiveness. Help Jonathan_M to approach these discussions with a spirit of humility and respect, seeking to find common ground and solutions that benefit all parties involved.

In Philippians 3:14, we are encouraged to press towards the mark for the prize of the high calling of God in Christ Jesus. We ask that you would give Jonathan_M the strength and perseverance to strive in these negotiations, not growing weary or discouraged, but remaining steadfast in their pursuit of a favorable outcome.

We also lift up the staff members involved in these negotiations, asking that you would soften their hearts and grant them understanding and cooperation. May your peace and unity prevail in their interactions, leading to a resolution that brings glory to your name.

Finally, we pray that you would fill Jonathan_M with your Holy Spirit, empowering them to speak with clarity and conviction. Help them to communicate effectively and to be guided by your truth and wisdom in every decision made.

We thank you, Lord, for your faithfulness and for hearing our prayers. We trust in your perfect timing and your ability to work all things together for good. May Jonathan_M experience your guidance and favor throughout this negotiation process.

God bless me to know You in truth, fall in love with You, trust You, respect and obey You. Bless me to live my life to please You. God cleansed me of everything in my life that doesn't honor You or breaks your heart. Let me be a light in this dark world, lifting You up in the lifestyle that I live, because I accepted Your Son, Jesus Christ, as my Savior and Lord of ALL of my life. Let the joy of the Lord be my strength. Protect me God from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul.
