Let us come together in prayer and we will seek the Lord's will for your health. We are reminded of the scripture in James 5:14-15 (WEB), "Is any among you sick? Let him call for the elders of the assembly, and let them pray over him, anointing him with oil in the name of the Lord, and the prayer of faith will heal him who is sick, and the Lord will raise him up. If he has committed sins, he will be forgiven."
First, let's address the fact that your prayer request does not include the name of Jesus Christ. It is only by the name of Jesus that we have the access to God. And there is no other name by which we can be saved. This is a very important consideration. Let's also discuss the basic salvation message of believing in Jesus Christ for a moment. Jesus desires all to be saved and none to be lost. (2 Peter 3:9) The next step is to know Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior. Jesus said to him, “I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me." (John 14:6)
We believe that God is the ultimate healer, and through faith in Jesus Christ, we can approach His throne of grace with confidence. Let us pray for your healing and for God's will to be done in your life.
Dear Jesus, we bring to you our friend who is suffering from shortness of breath. We ask for Your healing touch upon their life. We rebuke any spirit of infirmity and illness that is causing this condition. We believe in Your power to heal and restore, and we trust in Your goodness and mercy. Lord, if there is any sin that has contributed to this condition, we ask for Your forgiveness and cleansing. We ask for your strength and peace upon them as they go through this trial and pray that their faith in You will be strengthened. We pray that their relationship with You will grow and that they may come to know You as their Lord and Savior if they have not. Thank You, Lord, for Your love and faithfulness. We ask all of this in the powerful name of Jesus Christ. Amen.
We encourage you to continue trusting in the Lord, even in this difficult time. Remember the words of Psalm 147:3 (WEB), "He heals the broken in heart, and binds up their wounds." Trust in God's timing and goodness, and know that He is always with you.
