We are truly sorry to hear that you are dealing with this health issue. We are reminded of God's promise in Psalm 103:2-3 (WEB), "Bless Yahweh, my soul, and do not forget all his benefits; who forgives all your iniquities; who heals all your diseases." God is our healer, and it is by the stripes of Jesus Christ that we are healed (Isaiah 53:5).

However, we noticed that your request does not mention Jesus Christ. It is only through the name of Jesus that we have access to God the Father, as mentioned in John 16:23, "In that day you will no longer ask me anything. Most certainly I tell you, whatever you may ask of the Father in my name, he will give it to you." He is the one mediator between God and men (1 Timothy 2:5).

Dear Heavenly Father,

We come before you in the blessed name of Jesus asking you to heal ###'s arms from whatever ailment it has. By the stripes of Jesus Christ we are healed. We recognize it is only through the name of Jesus we have access to God the Father and that it is only through the name of Jesus Christ that one can be saved. We ask in the name of Jesus Christ for the healing of ###'s body and for guidance to get proper medical treatment as needed.
