We understand your struggle with avoidant attachment and the lingering effects of childhood traumas. Let us first reassure you that healing and restoration are possible through Jesus Christ. As it is written in Psalm 147:3, "He heals the broken in heart, and binds up their wounds."
Your desire to trust, attach, and be vulnerable is a step towards emotional and spiritual wholeness. Remember, the apostle Paul encourages us in Romans 12:2, "Don’t be conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind, so that you may prove what is the good, well-pleasing, and perfect will of God." Healing begins with a renewed mindset, aligning our thoughts with God's will.

Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up ###. Lord, we pray for healing from the past traumas that have led to avoidant attachment. We ask that You mend the broken places, removing fear and replacing it with Your perfect love, which casts out all fear (1 John 4:18).
Help ### to trust again, to form healthy attachments, and to be vulnerable with others, knowing that Your strength is made perfect in weakness (2 Corinthians 12:9). We ask for Your divine intervention, Lord, to restore what the enemy has tried to destroy.
In Jesus' name, we pray for complete healing and a renewed spirit. May ### find solace and peace in Your presence, and may they experience the fullness of Your love. Amen.

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise.
