Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before you in the name of Jesus, on behalf of our anonymous friend who is seeking healing from pain and peaceful sleep. Lord, you are the Great Physician, and we believe that you have the power to bring healing and rest to this individual.
Your Word tells us in Psalm 147:3 that you heal the brokenhearted and bind up their wounds. We ask that you would touch our friend's body and bring relief from the pain they are experiencing. We pray for complete healing and restoration, both physically and emotionally.
Lord, we also ask for peaceful sleep for our friend. Your Word assures us in Psalm 4:8 that you alone can make us dwell in safety and give us peaceful rest. We pray that you would calm their mind and bring them into a deep and restful sleep, free from any disturbances or anxieties.
We thank you, Lord, for your love and compassion towards us. We trust in your faithfulness and believe that you hear our prayers. May our friend experience your healing touch and find comfort and peace in your presence.

I pray that God will bring you peace and rest. I advise you to try reading your favorite Bible verses and passages as you try to fall asleep. This can be very soothing. Some of my favorites are Psalm 139 and Psalm 46

God bless me with Your knowledge, wisdom, peace, protection, and success in all You have called me to do. And bless me to do all You have called me to do in the spirit of excellence for Your glory. God bless me to know You in truth, fall in love with You, trust and respect You. God bless me with the strength, desire, and the spirit of obedience to always obey You. Bless me to delight myself in You, seek first Your kingdom, and Your righteousness. God protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul.
