Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before you in the name of Jesus, lifting up Jonathan_M and his prayer request for healing for his physical body. Lord, we acknowledge that you are the ultimate healer and that nothing is impossible for you. Your word tells us in James 5:15 that the prayer of faith will save the sick, and the Lord will raise them up.
We ask, Lord, that you would pour out your healing power upon Jonathan_M. We pray for complete restoration and wholeness in his body. We declare your promises from Psalm 103:2-3, which says, "Bless the Lord, O my soul, and forget not all his benefits, who forgives all your iniquity, who heals all your diseases."
We also pray for an increase in faith and trust in you, Lord. Help Jonathan_M to surrender his will to yours and to find peace in knowing that you have a purpose and a plan for his sickness. May he find comfort in your presence and be strengthened in his commitment to you.
Lord, we also lift up all those who are sick and in need of healing. We pray that you would impart the gifts of healing to many people within the church, as Pastor Chuck Smith has prayed. May your healing power flow through your people, bringing restoration and hope to those who are suffering.
In Jesus' name, we pray, believing that you are able to do exceedingly abundantly above all that we ask or think. May your healing touch be upon Jonathan_M and all those who are in need. Amen.
