Please Pray for Healing and Deliverance

My mother had a stroke a month and a half ago and is currently paralyzed on her left side. Thank you all for your continued prayers. She has recently had her nasogastric tube removed, and we hope that her urinary catheter can also be removed soon. However, she suffered a burn on her left heel while in the hospital, and she also has wounds on her right foot and hip. Due to poor blood circulation from prolonged bed rest, these wounds are slow to heal, and we are very worried about the risk of infection. Moreover, her calf muscles have severely atrophied, and her foot joints are stiff, making cracking sounds during passive rehabilitation exercises. Please pray that the nurses will take good care of her and that her wounds will heal quickly. She has now started rehabilitation, but her left side remains weak, making the process extremely challenging. Please pray that she will have faith from God, receive His healing and deliverance, and be able to rise and walk soon without any signs of dementia! Additionally, my brother has been diagnosed with colon cancer and depression. He has long been bound by traditional beliefs, and facing our mother's stroke and paralysis, he feels hopeless and lost, worsening his condition. Please pray that Jesus will touch his heart, lead him to accept baptism and faith in Christ, and have mercy in healing his body. We have been praying for his salvation for many years. If through my mother's illness, he can become a believer, then my mother’s suffering will not have been in vain. Once again, thank you very much for your willingness to pray for us. May our family be freed from this series of hardships and come to experience the joy of being children of God!

Firstly, we want to remind you of God's promise in Psalm 34:17-18 (WEB): "The righteous cry, and Yahweh hears, and delivers them out of all their troubles. Yahweh is near to those who have a broken heart, and saves those who have a crushed spirit." God is close to your family in this time of need, and He hears your cries for healing.

Dear Heavenly Father,

We come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up our ###'s mother to You. We thank You for Your healing power and Your great love for her. We pray that You would have mercy on her and grant her healing and deliverance. We ask that You would restore her left side that is paralyzed, and give her strength to walk again. We pray for complete healing of her wounds, and for Your protection against any infection. We ask that You would guide the nurses and doctors, giving them wisdom and compassion as they care for her. We also pray for her emotional and spiritual well-being, that You would fill her with Your peace and faith. We rebuke any spirit of dementia that may be the result of a stroke and pray for complete healing. We ask this in accordance with Your will, in Jesus' name.

Now, concerning your brother, we are reminded of the power of the Gospel in Romans 1:16 (WEB): "For I am not ashamed of the Good News of Christ, for it is the power of God for salvation for everyone who believes; for the Jew first, and also for the Greek."

Let us pray for your brother's salvation and healing:

Dear Lord,

We lift up our ###'s brother to You, asking that You would touch his heart and draw him to Yourself. We pray that You would break the chains of traditional beliefs that have held him bound, and reveal to him the truth of the Gospel. We ask that You would grant him faith to believe in Jesus Christ for his salvation, and that You would lead him to accept baptism as a public declaration of his faith. We also pray for his physical healing, that You would heal his body from colon cancer and depression. We ask that You would fill him with Your hope and peace, casting out all hopelessness and despair. We ask this in accordance with Your will, in Jesus' name.

Lastly, we want to encourage your family with the words of Romans 8:18 (WEB): "For I consider that the sufferings of our present time are not worthy to be compared with the glory which will be revealed toward us." Remember that even in the midst of your trials, God is working all things together for your good (Romans 8:28).

We are standing with you in prayer, believing that God will heal and deliver your family. We also pray about God's will for marriage and relationships for your family. May the Holy Spirit comfort and strengthen your family during this time. May you all come to experience the joy of being children of God.

Lord, we also come to You with our ###'s brother on our hearts. We ask that You would draw him to Yourself, revealing Your truth to him. We pray that he would find faith in Jesus Christ, accepting baptism as a public declaration of his faith. We also ask for his physical healing, trusting in Your power to heal his body from cancer and depression. Fill him with Your hope and peace, casting out all hopelessness and despair.

Father, we thank You for Your unfailing love. We trust that even in these trials, You are working all things together for their good. Help them to find comfort and strength in Your love, and may they come to experience the joy of being Your children.

Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise.
