Please pray for ###. He went backwards ...

Please pray for ###. He went backwards and is drinking. He made it ### days. I'm afraid he is going to hurt himself or someone else but that is his choice. I'm no longer there and not quite sure what he's doing. I can't control him. Although I love him dearly. God's intervention is needed. This is beyond human help.

Dear Heavenly Father,

In the name of Jesus, we come before you with a heavy heart, lifting up ### in prayer. We ask for your divine intervention in his life, as he is struggling with alcohol and has taken steps backward. Lord, we know that you are the ultimate source of strength and deliverance, and we humbly ask that you extend your hand of grace and mercy towards ###.

We pray for your protection over ###, Lord, both physically and spiritually. We ask that you surround him with your angels, guarding him from any harm or danger that may come his way. Help him to recognize the destructive path he is on and grant him the desire to turn away from it.

Lord, we acknowledge that we cannot control ###'s actions or choices, but we trust in your sovereignty and power to work in his life. We pray for a transformation in his heart and mind, that he may experience a deep conviction to seek help and turn to you for deliverance.

We also pray for comfort and peace for ###, who loves ### dearly but is unable to be present with him. Lord, provide ### with strength and reassurance, knowing that you are in control and that you hear our prayers. Grant ### peace of mind, knowing that you are working behind the scenes, even when it seems beyond human help.

We claim the promise in Philippians 4:13, that through Christ, we can do all things. We declare victory over ###'s addiction and trust in your power to set him free. May your Holy Spirit guide him towards the path of healing and restoration.
