Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You in the name of Jesus, lifting up ###'s son as he starts his new job tomorrow. We ask for Your divine guidance and favor to be upon him as he steps into this new opportunity. Lord, we pray that everything goes smoothly and that he excels in his role.
We specifically ask for Your protection and safety over him, especially as he will be working with the public all day. Shield him from any harm or danger, both physically and emotionally. Grant him wisdom and discernment in dealing with different individuals, and may he be a source of kindness and positivity to those he encounters.
Lord, we know that You are the ultimate provider and sustainer. We ask that You bless this new job and make it a place of growth and fulfillment for ###'s son. May he find joy and satisfaction in his work, and may it be a means for him to glorify You in all that he does.
We also pray for peace and assurance for ### as a parent. Give them comfort in knowing that You are watching over their child and that You have a plan for his life. Strengthen their faith and grant them the confidence to trust in Your perfect will.
We thank You, Lord, for hearing our prayers and for Your faithfulness. We believe that You are able to do exceedingly abundantly above all that we ask or think. We commit this prayer request into Your loving hands, trusting that You will work all things together for good.

We all hope that our prayers are answered in the way that we want. Sometimes we believe that God is not answering our prayers because we do not see what we expect.
