Please pray for ###. He is very unfair towards My granddaughter ### at this time she is having a lot of problems with ### whom is her boss. He is treating her like he doesn’t trust her even though she proved him wrong. He has another college student working there also and he gave her the whole week off to study for semester finals but told ### she had to work and ### goes to college also. He makes ### feel like she is so dumb and that he doesn’t trust her. She is very upset and right now she doesn’t need to be upset because she is studying for semester finals. Please please pray for ### to leave alone. Thank you ###

Dear Heavenly Father,

We come before you in the name of Jesus, lifting up ### to you. We ask for your intervention in the situation between ### and ###. Lord, we pray that you would soften ###'s heart and help him to treat ### with fairness and respect. We ask that you would remove any feelings of distrust or unfairness from his mind and replace them with understanding and compassion.

Father, we know that you are a God of justice and righteousness. Your Word reminds us in Proverbs 21:15 that "When justice is done, it brings joy to the righteous but terror to evildoers." We pray that you would bring justice and fairness into this situation, allowing ### to be treated with the same consideration and opportunities as her colleague.

Lord, we also lift up ### to you during this challenging time. We ask for your peace to guard her heart and mind as she prepares for her semester finals. Give her wisdom and clarity of thought as she studies, and help her to remain focused despite the difficulties she is facing at work.

We pray for a resolution that brings harmony and peace to ###'s workplace. May ### come to recognize ###'s abilities and trust her as a valuable member of the team. We ask for unity and understanding to prevail, creating a positive and supportive work environment for ###.

In all things, Lord, we trust in your sovereignty and your ability to work all things together for good. We thank you for hearing our prayers and for your faithfulness. We pray all these things in the mighty name of Jesus.
