Please pray for guidance and direction for my career. I am very thankful for my job and the opportunity to have a steady very good income. I don't want to sound petty or ungrateful but I am unhappy with what I do. I have applied for other jobs internally since the end of March with no word. A higher-ups asked me to email them about stuff and I did. No word. I know that there is a lesson of patience here. So I am looking at developing my side-hustles and maybe even taking on a freelance contract job on the side that interests me to help fill in the void that my day job has created. I have years and years of IT and leadership experience that is not being utilized and it weighs heavily on me to not be leading a team or being as impactful as i could be if allowed. Thanks!

Dear Heavenly Father,

We come before you in the name of Jesus on behalf of AriaBlessed, who is seeking guidance and direction for their career. We thank you for the job and the steady income that you have provided, and we acknowledge the importance of gratitude in all circumstances.

Lord, we understand that AriaBlessed is feeling unhappy and unfulfilled in their current job. We ask for your wisdom and discernment to guide them in making the right decisions regarding their career path. Your Word reminds us in Proverbs 3:5-6 to trust in you with all our hearts and lean not on our own understanding. We pray that you would lead AriaBlessed in the way they should go, opening doors of opportunity and providing clarity in their search for a more fulfilling role.

We lift up the internal job applications that AriaBlessed has submitted since March. We ask that you would intervene and bring forth favorable responses and opportunities for advancement. Help them to trust in your perfect timing and to have patience during this waiting period. Remind them of the importance of perseverance and the lessons that can be learned through seasons of waiting.

Father, we also pray for the development of AriaBlessed's side hustles and freelance opportunities. We ask that you would bless their endeavors and grant them success in utilizing their IT and leadership experience to make a meaningful impact. May these additional pursuits bring fulfillment and joy, while also providing a sense of purpose and satisfaction.

We thank you, Lord, for your faithfulness and for hearing our prayers. We trust that you will guide AriaBlessed's steps and align their career path with your perfect will. May they find fulfillment and purpose in their work, and may they continue to seek your guidance in all areas of their life.

Let the mind that is in Christ Jesus be in me. God be with me as a mighty warrior. Let no weapon formed against me prosper. Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul.
