Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You in the name of Jesus, lifting up our dear brother Ghard and his prayer request for his grandson Bailey. Lord, we ask for Your divine intervention and guidance as Bailey goes through his 3rd interview with the police department. We pray that You would grant him favor and wisdom during this process.
Father, we know that You are the source of all blessings, and we humbly ask that You pour out Your blessings upon Bailey. May Your favor rest upon him, opening doors of opportunity and granting him success in his endeavors. We pray that You would guide his steps and lead him in the path that You have prepared for him.
In Your Word, Lord, You promise to bless those who seek You and trust in You. We claim this promise for Bailey, knowing that You are faithful to fulfill Your word. We ask that You would surround him with Your protection and peace, guarding his heart and mind throughout this interview process.
Father, we also pray for Bailey's future in the police department. If it aligns with Your will, we ask that You would grant him the opportunity to serve and make a positive impact in his community. May he be a vessel of Your love, justice, and compassion, bringing about positive change wherever he goes.
We thank You, Lord, for hearing our prayers and for Your faithfulness. We trust in Your perfect plan for Bailey's life, knowing that You work all things together for good for those who love You. May Your will be done in his life, and may Your name be glorified through it all.

Bless me with the love, desire, strength, and the spirit of obedience to always obey and respect You.
