Please Pray for Grace and Mercy in my situation

I made a terrible mistake on my job and the consequences could result in termination, or something more serious. I really feel bad about what I did and have asked God for forgiveness. This happened yesterday and so far, I haven't been called in the office yet by my principal but I have been replaced by another teacher for being a test proctor. Yesterday, I was a test proctor and did not read all the instructions to the students as they had already had numerous tests before the History EOC. This was mistake number one. Then, once testing was complete, they were allowed on their phones until the bell rings. That was mistake number two. Then I had someone to relieve me to go to the bathroom, they saw two students on cellphones and that's when it all happened. The principal got wind of what I did and I was called in the office on yesterday and given a verbal reprimand. I am not for sure what is to follow after that. This exam was 30 percent of the student's grades. All the students wrote what happened I am sure to cover their butts for having their cell phone out so, everything falls in my lap and I am not sure what is going to happen from here. Dear Heavenly Father,

We come before you in the name of Jesus, lifting up our dear friend Wylanrabon and their current situation at work. Lord, we acknowledge that mistakes have been made, and we ask for your forgiveness and grace to cover Wylanrabon in this time of uncertainty and potential consequences.

Your Word reminds us in 1 John 1:9 that if we confess our sins, you are faithful and just to forgive us and cleanse us from all unrighteousness. We thank you for the repentant heart of Wylanrabon and their desire to seek your forgiveness.

We pray for favor and mercy to be upon Wylanrabon as they await further actions from their principal. We ask that you soften the hearts of those involved in the decision-making process and grant them wisdom and discernment. May they see the genuine remorse in Wylanrabon's heart and consider the circumstances surrounding the situation.

Lord, we pray for peace and strength for Wylanrabon during this time of uncertainty. Help them to trust in your sovereignty and to lean on you for guidance and comfort. Remind them of your promise in Isaiah 41:10, that you are with them, strengthening and upholding them.

We also lift up the students who were affected by this incident. May they understand the importance of following instructions and taking responsibility for their actions. Grant them grace and understanding as they navigate the consequences of their choices.

Father, we ask for a positive resolution to this situation. We pray for restoration and reconciliation in Wylanrabon's workplace. May your will be done, and may your name be glorified through this circumstance.

In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.

We will continue to pray for you, Wylanrabon, and trust that God will work all things together for your good . Stay strong in your faith and know that you are not alone in this journey. God is with you every step of the way.

Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul. Update! All went well! I got counseling from the assistant principal and was told that this was an informal counseling session and to read the instruction thoroughly next time! I still have my job!!! Thank you guys for your prayers! PRAYER WORKS!!!!! THANK YOU JESUS!
