Please pray for ### for freedom from vaping

The past couple weeks the Holy Spirit has laid it heavily on my heart to give up vaping. I feel tremendous conviction and know that I need to be obedient to God. I do not desire to live in disobedience to Him, like a hypocrite.

However, the past couple weeks have consisted of numerous cycles of throwing out my vape, then running out and getting a new one. Rinse & repeat.

I have given it up temporarily before and it was never such a struggle. Now, it seems as soon as I throw it away, not 5 hours pass by before my brain is shouting at me to go get another one.

Prayers would be deeply appreciated, my name is ###.

Heavenly Father,

We come before You in the name of Jesus, lifting up our brother ### who is struggling with the conviction to give up vaping. Lord, Your Word tells us in Philippians 4:13 that we can do all things through Christ who strengthens us. We ask for Your divine strength and grace to help ### overcome this addiction.

Father, we pray that You would break the chains of this habit and fill ### with the power of the Holy Spirit to resist the temptation. Your Word in 1 Corinthians 10:13 assures us that You will not let us be tempted beyond what we can bear and that You will provide a way out so that we can endure it. Show ### the way out, Lord, and give him the courage to follow it.

We also ask for a renewed mind and heart, as Romans 12:2 instructs us to be transformed by the renewing of our minds. Let ### find peace and satisfaction in You alone, and not in any temporary fix. Surround him with supportive friends and family who will encourage him in this journey of obedience to You.

Lord, we believe in Your power to deliver and restore. We trust that You will complete the good work You have begun in ###, as promised in Philippians 1:6. May he find victory in You and live a life that glorifies Your name.

Bless me to trust You with all my heart, lean not to my own understanding, acknowledge You in all my ways, and allow You to direct my footsteps, actions, and words.

God heal me, body, soul, and spirit. Cleansed me of everything in my life that doesn't honor You or breaks Your heart. Transform and renew my mind. Bless me with love, power, and a sound mind. Let the mind that is in Christ Jesus be in me. God be with me as a mighty warrior. Let no weapon formed against me prosper. Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul. God all that I have asked of You, in this prayer, please do the same for the writer of the prayer, all those who love and care about me, pray Your best for me, and all those I love and care about.
