We understand your concern for your friend, Bob, and we will join you in prayer regarding his potential travel to the Philippines. However, we must first address that your request did not mention the name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. It is by His name that we have access to the Father, and there is no other name by which we can be saved (John 14:6, WEB).

"Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up our friend Bob. Lord, we ask that You guide his steps and protect him from making decisions that could put his health at risk. We pray that Your will be done in his life and that You grant him the wisdom to discern what is best for him at this time (Proverbs 3:5-6, WEB). If it is not Your will for him to travel to the Philippines, we ask that You make this clear to him and provide a way out (1 Corinthians 10:13, WEB). We also pray for his health, that You would strengthen him and protect him from any harm. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen."

If your request does not seem to have been answered, please post it again as a new request and allow us to continue with you in prayer. We all hope that our prayers are answered in the way that we want. Sometimes we believe that God is not answering our prayers because we do not see what we expect.
