Lord, we acknowledge that you are the source of all wisdom and understanding. We pray that you would grant ### and ### clarity of thought and discernment as they navigate this conversation. Help them to communicate effectively and with kindness, seeking understanding and resolution.

We ask for your favor to be upon ###, ###, ###, and ###. May your grace and favor open doors of opportunity and bring about a positive outcome in this situation. We trust in your sovereignty and believe that you are able to work all things together for good.

In your Word, you have promised that if we lack wisdom, we can ask of you, and you will give it to us generously. We claim this promise today, asking for your divine wisdom to guide every step of this discussion and subsequent conversation with ###.

Lord, we also pray for unity and harmony among all parties involved. May your peace reign in their hearts and minds, fostering understanding and cooperation. Help them to approach this situation with love, grace, and humility.
