Dear Heavenly Father,
In the mighty name of Jesus Christ, we come before you on behalf of Jonathan_M, who is seeking your favor and victory against the plans of Satan for his life. We declare your authority and power over every scheme and attack of the enemy. Your Word assures us that you have given us the victory through our Lord Jesus Christ .
We ask, Lord, that you would free Jonathan_M from the grip of Satan and break every chain that is holding him captive. Your Word says, "Submit yourselves, then, to God. Resist the devil, and he will flee from you" . We stand in agreement with Jonathan_M, resisting the devil and commanding him to leave in the name of Jesus.
Lord, we pray for your divine presence to be with Jonathan_M every step of the way. Just as Moses pleaded, "If your presence does not go with us, do not send us up from here" , we ask that you guide and lead Jonathan_M only where your presence goes before him. May he walk in the assurance, comfort, and power that comes from knowing you are with him.
We also lift up Jonathan_M's request to be kept from evil. We ask that you protect him from the snares and temptations of the evil one. Your Word teaches us to pray, "Deliver us from evil" , and we claim this promise for Jonathan_M. Guard his heart and mind, Lord, that he may not be grieved by the influence of evil.
Finally, we pray for specific and targeted prayers against Satan's attacks. We recognize that Satan is stubborn and does not easily let go, but we trust in your authority and victory over him. Help Jonathan_M to pray specifically, dedicating every area of his life to you and inviting you to rule and reign in his life. Thank you for giving us the privilege to pray on your behalf. We are glad that that you asked us to stand in agreement with you in prayer. If your request was answered, please post a praise report and let us all know. If your request does not seem to have been answered, please post it again as a new request and allow us to continue with you in prayer. We all hope that our prayers are answered in the way that we want. Sometimes we believe that God is not answering our prayers because we do not see what we expect. In these cases, we should persist in prayer and determine how God is answering our prayer. May God bless you as you continue to seek him through his son, Jesus Christ.
