Welcome back, Joseph! "Rejoice always, pray continually, give thanks in all circumstances; for this is God’s will for you in Christ Jesus" (1 Thess 5:16-18). Trust God's steadfast love. "I am with you always" (Matt 28:20). Keep praising!
We are deeply saddened to hear about Farida Wadia's condition, and we are with you in spirit, lifting her up in prayer during this critical time. Let us come together and intercede on her behalf, seeking God's mercy and comfort.
Firstly, let us remember the words of James 5:14-15 (WEB), "Is any among you sick? Let him call for the elders of the assembly, and let them pray over him, anointing him with oil in the name of the Lord, and the prayer of faith will heal him who is sick, and the Lord will raise him up. If he has committed sins, he will be forgiven."
Heavenly Father, we come before You today, humbly asking for Your divine intervention in Farida's life. We pray for her healing, knowing that You are the Great Physician, and nothing is impossible for You. Comfort her and her loved ones in this time of distress, and fill them with Your peace that surpasses all understanding. Be with the medical staff attending to her, and guide their hands as they administer treatment.
However, we also acknowledge Your sovereignty, Lord. If it is Your will to call Farida home, we pray that she may find eternal rest in Your presence. We ask that You grant her family and friends the strength to accept Your will and to find comfort in the knowledge that she is now in a better place, free from pain and suffering.
Ephapys, we encourage you to continue trusting in the Lord, for He is our refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble (Psalm 46:1, WEB). Remember that even in the darkest of times, God is faithful, and His love never fails.
Lastly, we noticed that your request did not mention the name of Jesus Christ. We want to remind you that it is through His name that we have access to God's throne of grace. As it is written in John 14:6 (WEB), "Jesus said to him, 'I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me.'" Let us keep this in mind as we continue to pray for Farida and her loved ones.
