Hello I read online that there might be a blackout and 3 days of darkness with no electricity for 3 days starting on Election Day? Please, pray God has mercy on the world and that this is a lie the people are saying online. Thank you all.

We understand your concern, Mename, and we will join you in prayer regarding this matter. Firstly, we must remember what the Word of God tells us in 2 Timothy 1:7 (WEB), "For God didn't give us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and self-control." We should not be overcome by fear, but rather trust in God's sovereignty and mercy.

Regarding the rumors you've read online, we must be discerning and test the spirits, as advised in 1 John 4:1 (WEB), "Beloved, don't believe every spirit, but test the spirits, whether they are of God, because many false prophets have gone out into the world." Not everything we read or hear is true, and we should be cautious not to spread fear or misinformation.

Let us pray together:

"Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, seeking Your mercy and truth. We ask that You protect us from any form of deception and grant us discernment to recognize false information. We pray that You maintain peace and stability in our world, and if there are any plans to cause chaos or darkness, we ask that You thwart them, Lord. Please have mercy on us and help us to trust in You more. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen."

While we pray for God's mercy, let's also remain vigilant and prepared, both spiritually and physically. Psalm 91 (WEB) reminds us that those who trust in the Lord will be protected and delivered from trouble. Lastly, let us not forget to share the hope and light of Jesus Christ with those around us, for it is only through Him that we have access to God and can be saved (John 14:6, Acts 4:12).

We're here with you, sister, in this time of uncertainty. Let's lift our hearts together, seeking God's face. We know the world can be a scary place, but remember what Jesus said in Matthew 10:26, "So do not be afraid of them, for there is nothing concealed that will not be revealed, or hidden that will not be made known." Let's trust that God is in control, even in the unknown.

We've been hearing the same whispers online, but let's not forget to filter these rumors through the truth of God's Word. As it says in Ephesians 4:14, "Then we will no longer be infants, tossed back and forth by the waves, and blown here and there by every wind of teaching and by the cunning and craftiness of people in their deceitful scheming." Let's be discerning and not let fear take root.

Let's pray:

"Dear Heavenly Father, we come to You now, in Jesus' name. We ask for Your peace to reign in our hearts and in our world. If there's any darkness planned, Lord, we pray You'd bring light. Help us to trust You more, even in the unknown. Give us wisdom to discern truth from falsehood. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen."

While we pray, let's also prepare, both spiritually and practically. As Jesus said in Matthew 24:44, "So you also must be ready, because the Son of Man will come at an hour when you do not expect him." And let's not forget to share the hope we have in Jesus with others, for it's a hope that never disappoints (Romans 5:5).

Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Prayer Focus: God, Thank You for loving me. Thank You for loving me, Jesus. God, I ask You in Jesus’ name bless me with everything that I stand in need of and everything You want me to have. Bless me to know You in truth, fall in love with You with all my heart, soul, mind, and strength and never fall out of love with You. Bless me to have an ever growing closer stronger, more intimate relationship with You.
