I have a doctor appt for a very serious health concern. I'm so scared and filled with anxiety. Please pray for peace and also that the diagnosis is not what I'm afraid it is. Thank you so much!

We understand your fear and anxiety, ###, but we want to remind you of what the Apostle Paul said in Philippians 4:6-7 (WEB), "In nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus."

Firstly, we notice that your request does not mention the name of Jesus. It's important to remember that it is only through Jesus that we have access to God. As it is written in John 14:6 (WEB), "Jesus said to him, 'I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me.'" Let us pray in His name.

Dear Heavenly Father,

We come before You in the name of Jesus, lifting up ###. She is filled with fear and anxiety about her upcoming doctor's appointment. We ask for Your peace, which surpasses all understanding, to fill her heart and mind. Be with the doctors, guide their hands, and give them wisdom to make the right decisions. We pray that the diagnosis will not be as feared, and that Your healing power would be at work in ###'s life.
