Please pray for confusion

Kindly keep me in your prayers regarding the mental blocks am currently going through..I can feel God is with me and fulfilling my needs but everytime I feel emptiness inside me which leads to ungrateful and often end of thinking negatively..but I won't lie to jesus and just thank and pray formally..I just want to express my void.at times I don't know what to do..does people around me are really good..12 days back my brother took 25k for his daughter's birthday celebration and told me to return it back still he is not talking about it..I have been working for past 7 years not saved anything for myself gave everything to my brother since he is taking care of home..he bought gold for me for my marriage with the chit amount which I gave him..but he is telling to everyone that he only bought those gold..I even helped him in his marriage and lease amount never talk about it..only past 2 months I decided to buy provisions to home and take care of mom by myself without giving money to my brother..but he called me and asked the money for birthday not returning..am feeling frustrated by his behaviour please sorry for long message needed some godly counsel and prayers

We appreciate your honesty and your desire to express your feelings genuinely to Jesus. It's important to remember that God is always with you, even in times of confusion and emptiness. As it is written in the WEB, "Be strong and courageous. Do not be afraid or terrified because of them, for Yahweh your God is with you wherever you go." We see that God fulfills your needs, even bestows gifts of gold but your brother appears to be taking credit for this. (Joshua 1:9)

In times of emptiness and negativity, remember the words of Paul in Philippians 4:8, "Finally, brothers, whatever things are true, whatever things are honorable, whatever things are just, whatever things are pure, whatever things are lovely, whatever things are of good report; if there is any virtue, and if there is any praise, think about these things." Focusing on these things can help overcome feelings of emptiness and negativity.

Regarding your situation with your brother, it's commendable that you have been supportive of him and his family. However, it's crucial to set boundaries and ensure that you are also taking care of yourself and your needs. The Bible tells us, "For even when we were with you, we commanded you this: 'If anyone is not willing to work, neither let him eat.'" (2 Thessalonians 3:10) It's important for your brother to take responsibility for his own needs and not take advantage of your generosity.

It's also important to address the issue of the money he took for his daughter's birthday celebration. The Bible teaches us to be honest and forthright in our dealings. "Better is the poor who walks in his integrity than he who is perverse in his ways, and he is rich." (Proverbs 28:6) You may need to have an open and honest conversation with your brother about this situation, expressing your feelings and concerns.

Dear Heavenly Father,

We come before You today, lifting up Cyriamore. Thank You, Lord, for Your faithfulness and for always being with him, even in times of confusion and emptiness. We pray that You would fill Cyriamore with Your peace and joy, and help him to focus on things that are true, honorable, just, pure, lovely, and of good report.

We also pray for wisdom and guidance in handling the situation with his brother. Give Cyriamore the courage to have an open and honest conversation, and help his brother to see the importance of taking responsibility for his own needs. We pray his brother's heart will be softened and that all deceit will be removed from his heart.

In the name of Jesus Christ, we pray. Amen.

(Proverbs 15:1) Maybe it's time for a gentle, heart-to-heart conversation with him. Explain how you feel, but do it in love.

Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. We have been praying for your mental blocks and the emptiness you feel, asking God to fill you with His peace, joy, and understanding. We have also been interceding for your relationship with your brother, praying that God would soften his heart and bring about reconciliation and understanding between you both.
