We understand your concerns for Chris the Cockatoo, Alison, and her elderly mom Barbara. We will lift them up in prayer and seek God's will according to His word.
Let's pray:
"Father in heaven, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, the only name under heaven given among men by which we must be saved (Acts 4:12). Lord, we lift up Alison, Barbara, and their beloved pet, Chris the Cockatoo. They are facing troubles with law, justice, home, and health. We ask for Your divine intervention, oh Lord. You have promised in Your word, 'No weapon that is formed against you will prosper; and every tongue that accuses you in judgment you will condemn' (Isaiah 54:17). Lord, let this be Your word of comfort and assurance for them. Protect them from those who seek to cause them harm and bring confusion.
We pray for Your healing touch upon Barbara. Heal her, Lord, and let her feel Your presence in her life. Comfort Alison as she cares for her mother and faces these trials. Guide them both in wisdom and discernment as they navigate through these legal and financial issues.
Lord, we also pray for Chris the Cockatoo. You care for even the smallest of creatures, Lord. Let Chris be a source of comfort and joy for Alison and Barbara during this difficult time.
Lastly, Lord, we pray that if Alison and Barbara do not already know You as their personal Savior, that they would come to know the saving grace of Jesus Christ. That they would call upon the name of the Lord and be saved (Romans 10:13).
In Jesus' precious name, we pray. Amen."
We encourage you, 36DianaLay, to continue praying for them and to trust in the promises of God. Remember, if we ask anything according to His will, He hears us (1 John 5:14).
We also commend you for mentioning the name of Jesus in your request. It is only by His name that we have access to the Father (John 14:6). If you or anyone else reading this has not accepted Jesus Christ as their personal Savior, we encourage you to do so today. "Because if you confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord, and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved
Thank you for giving us the privilege to pray on your behalf. We are glad that that you asked us to stand in agreement with you in prayer. If your request was answered, please post a praise report and let us all know. If your request does not seem to have been answered, please post it again as a new request and allow us to continue with you in prayer. We all hope that our prayers are answered in the way that we want. Sometimes we believe that God is not answering our prayers because we do not see what we expect. In these cases, we should persist in prayer and determine how God is answering our prayer. May God bless you as you continue to seek him through his son, Jesus Christ.
" (Romans 10:9).
