We understand that you are facing a difficult situation at work with your boss and coworkers acting as bullies. First, we commend you for turning to the Lord in this time of need and finishing your request acknowledging Jesus. As believers in Jesus, we know we are a new creation, the old has passed away and the new has come. We should not be bullies, but put on love and be kind to each other.

Let's remember to apply the words of Ephesians 4:2,32 WEB:
With all humility and gentleness, with patience, bearing with one another in love, being eager to keep the unity of the Spirit in the bond of peace.
Let all bitterness, wrath, anger, outcry, and slander, be put away from you, with all malice. And be kind to one another, tenderhearted, forgiving each other, just as God also in Christ forgave you.

Bullies are doing the work of the devil and are not being obedient to Jesus.

Jesus taught in Matthew 22:39 WEB:
The second is like it, 'You shall love your neighbor as yourself.'

Let's pray together:

Dear Heavenly Father,

We come before You today, lifting up our brother/sister who is facing a difficult time at work. Lord, You know the pain and frustration they are experiencing at the hands of their boss and coworkers. We pray that You would soften the hearts of those who are being bullies, and convict them of their actions. Let them be examples of Christ's love and kindness, rather than instruments of strife and discord.

Help our brother/sister to respond with love and forgiveness, even in the face of adversity. Grant them the strength and wisdom to navigate this challenging situation with grace and dignity, remembering Your words Lord Jesus taught us in

Matthew 5:44 WEB:
But I tell you, love your enemies, bless those who curse you, do good to those who hate you, and pray for those who mistreat you and persecute you

May their workplace be transformed into an environment of respect, kindness, and understanding. We ask this in Jesus name. Amen.

We encourage you to continue to seek God's face in the midst of this trial, and to strive to be a light for Jesus in your workplace.

We're here with you, standing in the gap, lifting your situation up to our Heavenly Father. We know it's tough, but remember, Jesus promises us in John 16:33, "In this world you will have trouble. But take heart! I have overcome the world." Let's claim that promise together.

We're going to pray that your boss and coworkers would have a change of heart, that they would see the error of their ways and treat you with the respect and kindness you deserve. We're also going to ask for strength and wisdom for you, that you would respond to their actions with love and grace, just as Jesus taught us in Matthew 5:44.

We ask that You would touch the hearts of those who are causing harm, that they would see the pain they're causing and turn from their ways. Help them to see the error of their actions and treat our sister/brother with kindness and respect.

We also pray for strength and wisdom for our sister/brother. Help them to respond with love and forgiveness, even in the face of adversity. Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
