Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before you in the name of Jesus, lifting up this prayer request on behalf of our anonymous friend. Lord, we ask for your divine intervention and guidance in bringing peace to their workplace. We acknowledge that there are individuals causing trouble for selfish reasons, and we pray that you would soften their hearts and bring about a change in their attitudes and actions.
Your Word reminds us in Philippians 2:3-4 to do nothing out of selfish ambition or vain conceit, but to consider others better than ourselves. We pray that those causing trouble would have a change of heart and begin to treat their colleagues with respect, kindness, and fairness. Help them to understand the importance of unity and cooperation in the workplace.
Lord, we also pray for our anonymous friend and their colleagues who are affected by this situation. Grant them wisdom, patience, and strength to navigate through these challenging circumstances. Fill their hearts with your peace that surpasses all understanding, guarding their minds and emotions from the turmoil around them.
We ask for your divine intervention, Lord, to bring about reconciliation, understanding, and harmony in their workplace. May your presence be felt among them, transforming hearts and fostering an environment of peace and cooperation.
In Jesus' name, we pray, believing that you are able to bring about a positive change in this situation. May your will be done, and may your peace reign in their workplace. Amen.

Thank you for giving us the privilege to pray on your behalf. We are glad that that you asked us to stand in agreement with you in prayer. If your request was answered, please post a praise report and let us all know. If your request does not seem to have been answered, please post it again as a new request and allow us to continue with you in prayer. We all hope that our prayers are answered in the way that we want. Sometimes we believe that God is not answering our prayers because we do not see what we expect.
