Dear Heavenly Father,
In the name of Jesus Christ, we come before you on behalf of ###, who is going through a difficult break-up. Lord, we ask for your comfort and strength to surround ### during this challenging time. We pray that you would heal the wounds of their heart and bring peace to their mind.
Father, we lift up ###'s feelings of invisibility and loneliness. Your Word reminds us in Psalm 34:18 that you are near to the brokenhearted and save those who are crushed in spirit. We ask that you would make your presence known to ###, assuring them that they are seen and loved by you.
Lord, we also pray for ###'s desire for revenge on their friend. Help ### to release any feelings of anger and resentment, and instead, grant them a heart of forgiveness and understanding. Your Word teaches us in Romans 12:19, "Beloved, never avenge yourselves, but leave it to the wrath of God, for it is written, 'Vengeance is mine, I will repay, says the Lord.'" May ### trust in your perfect justice and surrender their desire for revenge into your hands.
Father, we ask for your protection over ###'s well-being. Guard their heart and mind from harmful thoughts or actions. Surround them with a support system of friends and loved ones who can provide comfort and encouragement during this time.
