Heavenly Father,

We come before You on behalf of [###] and the worker they are dealing with, seeking Your guidance, clarity, and peace in their interactions. We ask for Your divine intervention to bring about understanding, cooperation, and fair dealings between them.

As it is written in 1 Corinthians 14:33, "For God is not a God of confusion but of peace." We pray that any confusion or misunderstandings may be cleared up, and that Your peace may reign in all discussions and interactions between [###] and the worker.

We ask for wisdom and discernment for both parties, that they may engage in fruitful discussions that lead to mutual understanding and agreement. May Your guiding hand be upon them, leading them to a resolution that is fair and just.

Lord, we pray for integrity and honesty in all dealings, that the worker may provide fair pricing and complete the work as agreed upon without hesitation. May Your spirit of fairness and cooperation permeate their discussions, leading to a harmonious working relationship.

As it is written in Philippians 2:3-4, "Do nothing out of selfish ambition or vain conceit. Rather, in humility value others above yourselves, not looking to your own interests but each of you to the interests of the others." May both [###] and the worker approach their discussions with humility and a desire to work towards a common goal.

We lift up this situation to You, Lord, trusting in Your guidance and provision. May Your will be done in all things, and may Your peace and wisdom guide [###] and the worker in their interactions.
