Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before you in the name of Jesus, lifting up our brother Andrew to you. We thank you for his heart and desire to seek you through fasting for deliverance and healing. We acknowledge that there is more to our relationship with you than what we have experienced, and we long to see your power evident in our lives and ministries, just as Barnabas and Saul were sent forth on their missionary journey after fasting and praying.
Lord, we humbly acknowledge our own ignorance and confusion, and we ask for your wisdom and guidance. Your Word promises that if we lack wisdom, we can ask of you, and you will give it to us generously. So we ask, in faith, for the wisdom that Andrew needs during this time of fasting. Grant him clarity of mind and discernment, that he may judge rightly and discern what will promote his spiritual welfare and bring glory to your name.
We also lift up Andrew's specific prayer for deliverance and healing. We believe in your power to heal and restore, and we ask that you would touch his body and bring about a miraculous work of healing. We pray against any blood poisoning or damage to his finger, and we ask for complete restoration and wholeness. May your healing power flow through him, bringing glory to your name.
Lord, we trust in you and commit Andrew's situation into your hands. We know that you are faithful to bring your plans to pass. Strengthen Andrew's faith and give him peace as he waits upon you. Surround him with your love and comfort, and let him experience your presence in a tangible way.
We thank you, Lord, for hearing our prayers and for your faithfulness. We believe that you are working in Andrew's life, and we trust in your perfect timing and purposes. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.

We all hope that our prayers are answered in the way that we want. Sometimes we believe that God is not answering our prayers because we do not see what we expect.
