Please pray for ### and ###. We have been trying to sell our house since August in order to eliminate all of our debt, and it's been very difficult to sell (had a contract, but it fell through). We finally got an offer last night which was super low, but we are expecting another offer today that should be much higher. Please pray for a solid offer, accepted contract, smooth closing process, and that we can find a new place to live with our ### kids, dog, and cat.

Heavenly Father,

We come before You in the name of Jesus, lifting up ### and his wife in prayer. Lord, they have been trying to sell their house since August to eliminate their debt, and it has been a challenging journey. We thank You for the offer they received last night, even though it was low, and we are hopeful for the higher offer expected today.

We pray for a solid offer and an accepted contract, Lord. We ask for Your divine intervention to ensure a smooth closing process. Guide them in finding a new place to live that will accommodate their family, including their four children, dog, and cat.

Your Word says in Philippians 4:19, "And my God will meet all your needs according to the riches of his glory in Christ Jesus." We stand on this promise, believing that You will provide for all their needs and bring peace and clarity to their situation.

In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.

Let the mind that is in Christ Jesus be in me. God be with me as a mighty warrior. Let no weapon formed against me prosper. Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul. Unfortunately, both offers fell through. The first one was wayyyyy too low and the 2nd one didn't end up coming across after all due to another contractual conflict.

That said, we do still have several showings happening, so hoping and praying one of those works out in our favor. Prayers still very much appreciated!
