Please pray for my family and I. My husband and son have mental illness. Also my husband is an alcoholic and gets mean when he drinks liquor. My son has ADHD and is bipolar. They do not mix well. They both have rage. Please pray that God will protect and heal us. In Jesus name I pray.

Dear Heavenly Father,

We come before you in the name of Jesus, lifting up this prayer request on behalf of ### and their family. Lord, we acknowledge that mental illness and addiction can bring great challenges and pain to individuals and their loved ones. We ask for your divine intervention and healing touch upon this family.

Lord, we pray specifically for ###'s husband who struggles with alcoholism. We ask that you break the chains of addiction and deliver him from the bondage of alcohol. Fill his heart with a deep desire for sobriety and grant him the strength to overcome this addiction. We pray that you would heal the wounds and hurts that contribute to his mean behavior when he drinks. Replace his anger with love, peace, and self-control.

We also lift up ###'s son who is dealing with ADHD and bipolar disorder. Lord, we ask for your supernatural healing and restoration in his life. Bring balance to his emotions and grant him clarity of mind. We pray for wisdom and guidance for the medical professionals involved in his care, that they may provide the best treatment and support for his needs.

Father, we pray for protection over this family. Shield them from any harm or danger that may arise from the challenges they face. Surround them with your love, peace, and comfort. Strengthen their relationships and grant them unity and understanding amidst the difficulties they encounter.

We declare your promises from Scripture, Lord, knowing that you are a God who hears and answers prayers. In 1 John 5:14-15, it says, "And this is the boldness which we have toward Him, that if we ask anything ACCORDING TO HIS WILL, He heareth us; and if we know that He heareth us whatsoever we ask, we know that we have the petitions which we have asked of Him." We trust in your will and your perfect plan for this family's healing and restoration.
