Please pray for an acquaintance with a possible drinking problem. Also pray that I do not jump to conclusions concerning circumstances.

Heavenly Father, we come before you in the name of Jesus, lifting up our ### friend and their acquaintance who may be struggling with a drinking problem. Lord, you are the ultimate source of strength and deliverance, and we ask that you intervene in this situation. We pray that you would touch the heart of this acquaintance, opening their eyes to the destructive nature of their actions and granting them the desire to seek help and healing.

Lord, we also ask for wisdom and discernment for our ### friend. Help them to approach this situation with love, compassion, and understanding, without jumping to conclusions or passing judgment. Grant them the ability to offer support and guidance to their acquaintance, leading them towards the path of recovery and restoration.

In your Word, you promise that you are able to save and deliver those who come to you in faith. We claim this promise for our acquaintance, believing that you can break the chains of addiction and bring about transformation in their life. We also ask for your guidance and protection for our ### friend as they navigate this delicate situation.

Lord, we trust in your unfailing love and mercy. We know that you are able to do exceedingly abundantly above all that we ask or think. May your grace and healing power be poured out upon our acquaintance, bringing them freedom from their drinking problem. And may our ### friend be a source of support and encouragement, reflecting your love and compassion in their interactions.

We thank you, Lord, for hearing our prayer and for your faithfulness to answer. We commit this situation into your hands, trusting that you will work all things together for good. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.

Let the mind that is in Christ Jesus be in me. God be with me as a mighty warrior. Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul.
