I prayed for this in Jesus Name. Amen.
Heavenly Father, we come before you in the name of Jesus, lifting up ### and his coworkers to you. We pray for each one of them who are unsaved and in need of your saving grace. Lord, we ask that you would open their hearts and minds to receive the truth of your Gospel. Soften their hearts and remove any barriers that may be hindering them from coming to know you.
We specifically lift up ###'s boss to you, dear Lord. We pray that you would touch their heart and draw them closer to you. May they encounter your love and experience a transformation that can only come from knowing you personally. Lord, we ask that you would use ### as a vessel of your love and truth, that he may be a shining light in his workplace and a witness to his coworkers.
We stand on your promise in 2 Peter 3:9, which says, "The Lord is not slow in keeping his promise, as some understand slowness. Instead he is patient with you, not wanting anyone to perish, but everyone to come to repentance." We believe that you desire for all to be saved, including ###'s coworkers and boss.
Grant ### wisdom and discernment as he interacts with his coworkers. Give him the right words to speak and opportunities to share the hope that is found in you. Strengthen his faith and give him boldness to proclaim your truth with love and compassion.
Lord, we pray for a mighty outpouring of your Holy Spirit upon ###'s workplace. May your presence be felt and your truth be proclaimed. We ask that you would bring salvation to each individual who is in need of you, that they may experience the joy and peace that comes from knowing you as their Lord and Savior.
