Firstly, let's remember the words of the Apostle Paul in Philippians 4:6-7 (WEB): "In nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus."
Let us pray:
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, seeking Your divine guidance and intervention in this search for a peaceful and suitable job. We ask that You lead our brother/sister to a place where they can use their talents to glorify Your name and experience the peace that only You can provide. Lord, grant them the confidence they need to excel in their work and the wisdom to defend themselves when necessary, always in a manner that honors You.
Lord, we also pray for their heart and mind to be aligned with Your will. May they find their identity and confidence in You, as it is written in 2 Corinthians 3:4-5 (WEB): "Such confidence we have through Christ toward God; not that we are sufficient of ourselves, to account anything as from ourselves; but our sufficiency is from God."
Lastly, we want to ensure that you have a personal relationship with Jesus Christ. It is only through His name that we can approach God the Father, as it is written in John 14:6 (WEB): "Jesus said to him, 'I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me.'" If you haven't already, we encourage you to accept Jesus Christ as your Lord and Savior, believing in His death and resurrection for your salvation.

I just said a prayer for you, friend. May the Lord work in your circumstances, lead you to the job He has chosen for you, and bless you with confidence and strength as you look to Him for help in doing your job. I hope you’ll be encouraged by this comforting thought from the psalmist: "I sought the Lord, and He answered me, and delivered me from all my fears." (Psalm 34: 4).
