Dear Heavenly Father,

In the name of Jesus, we come before you on behalf of ###, lifting up their prayer request to you. Lord, we ask for a miracle in their life concerning ###. We pray that you would keep ### safe and protect him from returning to his addiction. Soften his heart, Lord, and grant him the ability to forgive ###. May both of them desire to move forward together in love and unity.
