We understand your request, MKG, and we are here to lift you and your son up in prayer. Let's come together in Jesus' name and align our hearts with God's will.
Firstly, let's pray for your meeting. In Colossians 4:6, it is written, "Let your speech always be with grace, seasoned with salt, that you may know how you ought to answer each one." We pray that God fills you with grace and favor as you meet with your colleagues. May your work be seen as beneficial and valuable by all, and may your words be seasoned with salt, speaking wisdom and understanding into the hearts of those present.
Now, let's lift up your son. In Exodus 4:10-12, Moses said to the Lord, "O Lord, I’m not eloquent, neither before now, nor since you have spoken to your servant; for I am slow of speech, and of a slow tongue." And the Lord said to him, "Who has made man’s mouth? Or who makes one mute, or deaf, or seeing, or blind? Isn’t it I, the Lord? Now therefore go, and I will be with your mouth, and teach you what you shall speak."
We pray that, just as God promised to be with Moses, He will be with your son during his interview. May God grant him a smooth tongue and the ability to present himself well. We ask that the interviewers see past any imperfections and recognize the talents and qualities that make your son a strong candidate. We pray that if it is God's will, your son will be chosen among the top three candidates.
Lastly, we want to ensure that you have placed your faith in Jesus Christ, as it is only through Him that we have access to God. As it is written in John 14:6, "Jesus said to him, 'I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me.'" If you haven't already, we encourage you to put your trust in Jesus and believe in His name, for there is no other name by which we can be saved.
In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
