We join you, ###, in praying for a godly spouse and a God-honoring courtship that leads to marriage. First we remind you that it is important you seek God for your salvation before anything. It is only possible to be saved and come to God by realizing that you are sinner and believing in the Lord Jesus Christ as your Savior. There is no other way.

Jesus answered, I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me. John 14:6

Neither is there salvation in any other: for there is none other name under heaven given among men, whereby we must be saved. Acts 4:12

You need also be reminded to trust in the Lord.

We pray for ###, as they seek God's will for their life in this matter. Also we remind ### to not only seek God on the matter of a relationship, but more importantly to seek God for their salvation. It is only possible to be saved and come to God by realizing that you are sinner and believing in the Lord Jesus Christ as your Savior. There is no other name to pray by and no other way.

Let's pray.

Dear Heavenly Father,

We come before you in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up ###. We ask that you forgive their sin and reveal your loving kindness to ###. We pray that you reveal yourself to ### by the Holy Spirit and give them the gift of eternal life through belief in your beloved son Jesus Christ. We pray for your will to be done in ###'s life, including the desire for a godly spouse. If it aligns with your perfect plan, we pray that you would provide a godly courtship that leads to a blessed marriage.

Help ### to trust in you for the timing and guidance. We pray that you would help ### grow in faith, character, and love, preparing them for the responsibilities of a godly marriage. Give them discernment and wisdom to recognize the spouse you have prepared for them.

Help ###, Lord. We pray that ### we seek first your kingdom and righteousness. We ask and trust your will be done in this situation and pray for all requests in Jesus name.

In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.

We encourage you, ###, to remain steadfast in prayer and faithful in your walk with the Lord. Delight yourself in God, and He will give you the desires of your heart. As you seek a godly spouse, remember that God's ways are higher than our ways, and His thoughts higher than our thoughts. Trust in Him, and He will direct your paths.
