Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before you in the name of Jesus, lifting up our dear sister Ylenir and her friend Lysse. Lord, we thank you for their lives and for the love and concern that Ylenir has for her friend. We ask for your guidance and wisdom to be poured out upon Lysse as she navigates her relationship with her partner.
Father, we pray that you would speak clearly to Lysse's heart and mind regarding her relationship. Help her to discern your will and to align her life with your purposes. Give her the strength and courage to make decisions that honor you and align with your Word.
Lord, we pray specifically for Lysse's partner, who believes in you in some way but is not currently following you. We ask that you would soften his heart and draw him closer to you. May he come to a place of surrender and commitment to follow you wholeheartedly. We pray for his salvation and transformation by the power of your Holy Spirit.
Father, we lift up the struggle of fornication that Lysse is facing. We ask for your grace and strength to overcome this temptation. Help her to flee from sexual immorality and to honor you with her body. Surround her with accountability and support, and grant her the wisdom to make choices that align with your Word.
Lord, we pray that you would bring clarity and peace to Lysse's heart regarding the decision of marriage. Help her to understand the importance of being equally yoked and to seek your will above all else. Give her the patience to wait for your perfect timing and the courage to let go if it is not your plan for her.
We thank you, Lord, for hearing our prayers and for your faithfulness to guide and direct us. May your Holy Spirit continue to work in Lysse's life, leading her into all truth and helping her to walk in obedience to your Word.
In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
