Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before you in the name of Jesus, seeking your guidance and intervention in Alg's work situation. Lord, you know the details of the issue they are facing, and we ask for a fair resolution to be brought forth. Your Word reminds us in Proverbs 16:3 that when we commit our work to you, our plans will be established. We pray that you would grant wisdom and discernment to Alg and all those involved in making decisions regarding this matter.
Father, we ask that you would bring clarity and understanding to all parties involved. May there be open communication, fairness, and a willingness to seek a resolution that honors you and promotes peace. We pray for unity and cooperation among colleagues and superiors, that they may work together towards a just outcome.
Lord, we also lift up Alg's heart and emotions during this time. We ask for your peace to guard their heart and mind, knowing that you are in control and that you are working all things together for their good . Strengthen their faith and grant them patience as they wait for a resolution.
We thank you, Lord, for your promise in James 1:5 that if anyone lacks wisdom, they should ask you, and you will give generously without finding fault. We claim this promise for Alg, asking that you would grant them the wisdom needed to navigate this situation with integrity and grace.
In Jesus' name, we pray, believing that you are able to bring about a fair resolution and that you will use this situation for your glory. Amen.
