Dear Heavenly Father,
In the name of Jesus, we come before you on behalf of our brothers and sisters in Iraq. We lift them up to you, knowing that they face immense challenges and discrimination because of their faith in You. We ask for Your healing Spirit to be present in their midst, bringing comfort and restoration to their lives.
Lord, we specifically pray for those who have been affected by the trauma inflicted by the so-called Islamic State. We ask for Your divine intervention in their healing process, both physically and emotionally. May Your love and peace surround them, bringing them refreshment and hope in the midst of their struggles.
Father, we also pray for the rebuilding of Christian churches, lives, and communities in Iraq. We ask for Your divine provision and guidance in this process. Strengthen and empower Your people to stand firm in their faith, even in the face of adversity.
We thank You, Lord, for the opportunity to lift up this prayer request. We trust in Your faithfulness and believe that You are able to bring about transformation and restoration in Iraq. May Your blessings be upon our brothers and sisters, and may they experience Your presence in a tangible way.
In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
