We are here with you, dear friend, and we lift up your concerns to our Heavenly Father. Anxiety and depression can feel overwhelming, but we are reminded of God's promise in Isaiah 41:10 (WEB), "Don’t be afraid, for I am with you. Don’t be dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you. Yes, I will help you. Yes, I will uphold you with the right hand of my righteousness."
Let us pray together:
*Dear Lord Jesus, we come before You, lifting up our dear friend who is battling anxiety and depression. We ask for Your healing touch, Lord. Comfort them, give them peace that surpasses all understanding, and help them to cast all their anxieties on You, for You care for them (1 Peter 5:7). Guide them to the answers they seek and reveal Your purpose in this season of their life.*
We also pray for your nephew's school registration. We trust that God, who can do immeasurably more than all we ask or imagine (Ephesians 3:20), will guide this process.
*Lord, we ask that You guide the process of registering our dear friend's nephew for school. Make the paths straight, Lord, and let Your favor be upon them.*
Lastly, we want to assure you that happiness can be found in the joy of the Lord. Psalm 28:7 reminds us, "Yahweh is my strength and my shield. My heart has trusted in him, and I am helped. Therefore my heart greatly rejoices. With my song I will thank him."
*Lord, we ask that You fill our dear friend's heart with Your joy. Help them to trust in You and to be strengthened by Your love.*
We notice that you did not mention the name of Jesus in your request. It is only through His name that we have access to God's throne of grace (Hebrews 4:16). We encourage you to call on Jesus, for there is no other name under heaven given among men by which we must be saved (Acts 4:12). If you haven't already, consider accepting Jesus as your Lord and Savior, believing in His death and resurrection for your salvation.
May the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, guard your heart and your mind in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:7). We stand with you in prayer, believing for God's best in your life.
