We are lifting up all students in America, asking God to surround them with His divine protection and keep them safe from harm. We stand on the promise in Psalm 91:11-12 WEB: "For he will set his angels over you, to keep you in all your ways. They will bear you up in their hands, so that you won't dash your foot against a stone."
Let us pray together:
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, interceding for the safety and protection of all students in America. We ask that You cover them with Your feathers and that under Your wings, they may find refuge. We pray that no weapon formed against them shall prosper, and that You will keep them from all harm and danger, in Jesus' name. We ask that You will expose and thwart any plans of the enemy to bring harm to them.
Lord, we also pray for the salvation of all students, that they may come to know You personally. We ask that You will draw them to Yourself and that they will put their trust in You. We know that true safety is found only in You, and that it is only by the name of Jesus that we can be saved and Acts 4:12 WEB tells us "There is salvation in none other, for there is no other name under heaven that is given among men, by which we must be saved."
We pray for Your peace to rule in the hearts of students, and that they will be beacons of light and hope in their schools. We ask that You will raise up Christian students and teachers who will stand for righteousness and be examples of Your love and truth.
We thank You, Lord, for Your faithfulness and Your promise to protect Your children. We ask all of this boldly, by the name of Jesus Christ, who died and rose again so that we too may not be damaged by evil and now have direct access to God our Father. Amen.
We encourage all students and parents to be anxious for nothing but in everything by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known unto God, as told in Philippians 4:6 We encourage all to put on the full armor of God daily, that they may be able to stand against the wiles of the devil and hold their ground against evil, strong in the Lord and in the strength of His might, as told in Ephesians 6:10-18.
