Please, please pray for me for this

I have some special that is going thru a bad time right now. We got into an argument because of some stuff he said that hurt me. I have told him I am sorry for everything on my part & I told him I forgave him, although he never said he was sorry. But I still forgive him anyway!
The only problem is he says he is ready to forgive me & says he won't forgive me right now. This person attacked me with words 1st, but still I apologized and forgave him. Please pray God will soften this person's heart & move him to forgive me as well
