Heavenly Father, we come before you in the name of Jesus, lifting up this prayer request on behalf of ### and their friend. Lord, you know the overwhelming amount of work that they are facing, and how it is causing them to feel worn out, injured, and mentally weary. We ask for your divine intervention and strength to sustain them during this challenging time.
In your word, you have promised that when we are weary, you will give us rest. Matthew 11:28 says, "Come to me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest." We claim this promise for ### and their friend, Lord. Grant them the rest they need, both physically and mentally, so that they may find renewed energy and focus to complete their tasks.
We also ask for healing for any physical injuries they may have sustained. Your word tells us in Psalm 147:3, "He heals the brokenhearted and binds up their wounds." We pray for your healing touch to be upon them, bringing restoration and wholeness to their bodies.
Lord, we lift up their mental weariness as well. We ask for your peace that surpasses all understanding to guard their hearts and minds in Christ Jesus, as mentioned in Philippians 4:7. May your peace flood their minds, bringing clarity, calmness, and renewed motivation to continue their work.
Lastly, we pray for strength and perseverance for both ### and their friend. May they find encouragement in knowing that you are with them every step of the way. Help them to lean on you, trusting in your guidance and provision.
We thank you, Father, for hearing our prayer and for your faithfulness to answer. We believe that you are able to do exceedingly abundantly above all that we ask or think, according to your power that works within us. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
