I lost 25kg (from 90 to 65kg) in 2 weeks some years ago, no risk or hassle:
You simply eat and drink more, not less, but only fruit and veggies for 2 weeks. Your metabolism increases the more you eat, it decreases if you eat less.
You add hard cheese 5 times per day, to keep your blood sugar stable, to your soups and salads 5 times per day. This prevents craving and keeps you energised.
Add 150g of chia or flax seeds to your food over the day, that cleans up your intestines, circulatory system, liver, and clears your eye sight if reduced due to build-up in your veins. Tried and tested.
