I have reason to believe that someone is tampering with my car

Twice now my brake lines were leaking in just a few months back to back
& today my car doesn't want to hold a start & I just got it back from my mechanic this Saturday

I need for The Lord to reveal if all of this is being done maliciously to me on purpose
because when I moved here I was told that people will vandalize the cars of the tenants who rent these apartments & especially who need to park here because they live here and this vandalizing of people's automobiles is simply
just to be mean & cruel & also to intimidate & frighten them as well

But my auto repair bills have been very expensive these past few months & I do not
know how to protect myself from bullies and enemies where I now rent & park my car

PLEASE PRAY FOR THE SAFETY OF MYSELF & ALSO MY SUV AUTOMOBILE & FOR MY LANDLORD
TO TAKE VERY SWIFT ACTION AGAINST THE TENANTS HE FULLY KNOWS ARE THE TROUBLE MAKERS HE IS NOW RENTING TO
& I PRAY HE HAS THEM LEAVE SO HE CAN RENT TO SAFER TENANTS WHO DO NOT HAVE SUCH VIOLENT BEHAVIOR & DO SUCH DESPICABLE THINGS TO THEIR NEIGHBORS AND THEIR AUTOMOBILES

I ALSO HAD THE THROTTLE ON MY CAR ENGINE REPLACED ON SATURDAY
BESIDES ALL 4 BRAKES WERE REPLACED WITH ALL BRAND NEW ONE'S AND ANOTHER NEW BRAKE LINE WAS ALSO PUT IN MY CAR ON THE BACK PASSENGER SIDE AS WELL

PLEASE GUIDE THE HANDS OF MY MECHANIC'S BO AND RICHIE AND NICK TO
KNOW WHAT IS THE EXACT PROBLEM WITH MY CAR AND WHY IT WOULD NOT HOLD A START THIS AFTERNOON EVEN THOUGH IT DID START UP...

PERHAPS THE THROTTLE NEEDS TO BE ADJUSTED YET AGAIN OR THE ENGINE NEEDS A TUNE-UP OR I NEED A NEW STARTER...BUT ESPECIALLY PLEASE REVEAL TO ALL OF MY MECHANICS IF MY CAR HAS YET AGAIN BEEN TAMPERED WITH IN SOME WAY...PLEASE SHOW THEM THE TRUTH ABOUT ALL OF THIS...

I ASK FOR THIS LATEST CAR REPAIR TO NOT BE AS EXPENSIVE AT ALL LIKE
MY LAST 2 CAR REPAIRS HAD BEEN
AND FOR THE PROBLEM TO BE RESOLVED BY TOMORROW AT LAST

MY MECHANIC ALSO TOLD ME IF MY BATTERY WHICH I ONLY BOUGHT LAST YEAR
IS NOT WORKING PROPERLY THAT HE WILL REPLACE IT AT NO COST AS IT IS
UNDER A FULL WARRANTY
