Heavenly Father, we come before you in the name of Jesus on behalf of AnnM2018. We lift up her prayer request to you, Lord. You know the situation she is facing, and we ask that you grant her favor and guidance in her employment. We pray that she will receive a notification to return to her job tomorrow, according to your perfect timing and will.
In your Word, you promise to provide for your children and to guide them in their paths. We claim the truth of Psalm 37:23-24, which says, "The steps of a man are established by the Lord, when he delights in his way; though he fall, he shall not be cast headlong, for the Lord upholds his hand."
Lord, we ask that you uphold AnnM2018's hand during this time of uncertainty. Strengthen her faith and grant her peace as she waits for your answer. May she trust in your provision and rely on your wisdom. Help her to remain steadfast and diligent in her work, knowing that you are in control of all things.
We also pray for her colleagues and employers, that they may make decisions that align with your will and bring about the best outcome for everyone involved. May your wisdom and discernment guide them in their actions.
We thank you, Lord, for hearing our prayers and for your faithfulness. We trust in your goodness and believe that you will work all things together for AnnM2018's good. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.

We all hope that our prayers are answered in the way that we want. Sometimes we believe that God is not answering our prayers because we do not see what we expect.
