Heavenly Father, we come before you in the name of Jesus, interceding on behalf of ### and their father. Lord, we ask that you would open their father's mind and heart to the truth. Soften his heart, Lord, so that he may no longer be stubborn in his ways. Your Word says in Proverbs 21:1, "The king's heart is in the hand of the LORD, as the rivers of water: he turneth it whithersoever he will." We believe that you have the power to change hearts and minds, and we ask for your intervention in this situation.
Lord, we pray that you would surround the father with genuine people who are good and not judgmental of others. May he be influenced by those who will lead him towards righteousness and away from any negative influences. Your Word reminds us in Proverbs 13:20, "Walk with the wise and become wise, for a companion of fools suffers harm." We ask that you would guide him to form relationships with people who will encourage and support him in his journey towards truth.
Lastly, we pray that he may no longer be influenced by ### or any other negative group of people. Protect him from any harmful associations and lead him towards those who will uplift and inspire him. Your Word assures us in Psalm 1:1-2, "Blessed is the one who does not walk in step with the wicked or stand in the way that sinners take or sit in the company of mockers, but whose delight is in the law of the LORD, and who meditates on his law day and night."
In the mighty name of Jesus, we pray for a transformation in the father's life. May he come to know the truth, experience your love, and be surrounded by positive influences. We trust in your faithfulness and believe that you will answer this prayer according to your perfect will. Amen.
