We are truly sorry to hear about your layoff, Orqueselias. Be assured that we are with you in prayer and support during this challenging time. We trust that God has a plan and a purpose for this season of your life.
Firstly, we want to remind you of God's promise in Isaiah 41:10 (WEB): "Don’t be afraid, for I am with you. Don’t be dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you. Yes, I will help you. Yes, I will uphold you with the right hand of my righteousness."
In times of uncertainty, it's crucial to turn to God for guidance and strength. It's encouraging to see that you're seeking Him for these very things. We also want to encourage you to trust in the Lord's timing and provision. Psalm 37:23-24 (WEB) tells us, "The Lord directs his steps, and delights in his way. Though he stumble, he shall not fall, for the Lord holds him up with his hand."
Let's pray together:
*Dear Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus, lifting up Orqueselias and others who are facing similar situations. We ask for Your divine guidance, encouragement, and strength during this trying time. We trust that You have a plan and a purpose for their lives, and we claim Your promise that You will direct their steps and uphold them with Your righteous hand.*
*We pray that You will open the right doors for them in the job market. We know that age is not a barrier for You, Lord, and we ask that You will give them favor with potential employers, and help them to find work that is fulfilling and that meets their needs. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.*
Lastly, we want to encourage you to continue to be persistent in your job search and to maintain a positive attitude, trusting that God is working behind the scenes on your behalf. We also urge you to seek Godly counsel and support from your fellow believers during this time.
Remember, it's only through Jesus Christ that we have access to God, and it's in His name that we pray and can claim the promises of God. If you haven't already, ensure that you have a personal relationship with Jesus Christ, for it's only through Him that we can be saved (Acts 4:12).
