PLease no noise especially after 10 pm, my building

My upstair neighbour is noisy in many ways.
Please pray that this harrassement that lasts for years stops in Jesus name.
He likes to make noise after 10 pm, just when i want to go to sleep.
He and his (probably) girlfriend are making noise with loud walking, she is using some very noisy shoes/slippers.
They are washing their hair in the middle of the night, and the walls are not good isolated.
Water in the toilette and in the bathtub makes huge noise especially in the night.
Lord, have mercy, he is not responding to the requests of one other next door neighbour and of mine.

Also pray that my next door neighbours will not have late meeting after 10 pm when they (young men, numerous family) talk very loud just in the next room where i have the only room (and where i sleep).

Lord, beat the enemy, i want to be more then a conqueror finaly after more then 15 years in Jesus name!!
Lord, put the pressure on them from the other neighbours to.
