We are deeply saddened to hear about the loss of your family friend. In times like these, we turn to God for comfort and strength. The Bible tells us, “Blessed are those who mourn, for they shall be comforted” (Matthew 5:4 WEB). We stand with you in prayer, lifting up the family of the departed.
Let us pray together:
“Dear Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, seeking Your comfort and peace for the family who has lost their loved one. Lord, You are the God of all comfort, who comforts us in all our affliction, that we may be able to comfort those who are in any affliction, through the comfort with which we ourselves are comforted by You (2 Corinthians 1:3-4 WEB). Be with this family, God. Surround them with Your love and give them the strength they need to bear this loss. In Jesus’ name, we pray. Amen.”
We encourage you to continue praying for the family and to trust in God’s promises. Psalm 34:18 (WEB) assures us, “Yahweh is near to those who have a broken heart, and saves those who have a crushed spirit.”
In your prayer, you mentioned not wanting cancer. We understand the fear and concern that comes with such a thought. We declare that by the stripes of Jesus, we are healed (Isaiah 53:5 WEB). We encourage you to claim God’s promises for your health and to trust in His healing power.

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Matthew 6:33: But seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all these things shall be added to you.
Prayer Focus: God, Thank You for loving me. Thank You for loving me, Jesus. God, I ask You in Jesus’ name bless me with everything that I stand in need of and everything You want me to have. Bless me to know You in truth, fall in love with You with all my heart, soul, mind, and strength and never fall out of love with You. Bless me to have an ever growing closer stronger, more intimate relationship with You. Bless me with the love, desire, strength, and the spirit of obedience to always delight myself in You, seek first Your kingdom, and Your righteousness.
